2026 Seasonal Rates (May–October)
These seasonal sites feature 30-amp electric service and back-in access, and can accommodate RVs up to approximately 36 feet long. Sites are grass-covered and do not include a fire pit. Seasonal Payment Schedule & Important Dates
To reserve and maintain a seasonal site, guests must submit a $500 deposit at the end of the current season to hold their site for the following year, with the remaining balance due by April 1. Seasonal access to RVs begins on April 15 for preparation purposes only, and overnight stays are not permitted during this time.
