What are your office hours?
Our office is open Monday through Wednesday from 9am to 2pm, and Thursday through Sunday from 9am to 5pm. If you stop by and don’t see us right away, we’re likely out helping guests or tidying up around the grounds.
What time are check-in and check-out?
Yes! We have a variety of RV sites, including prime lakefront spots. These are popular, so we recommend booking early—especially during peak season.
What if I arrive after hours?
Absolutely. Deep Lake is known for its clear waters and relaxing fishing spots. Guests can fish right from shore or launch a small boat. Just make sure to bring your Wisconsin fishing license.
Is early check-in or late check-out available?
Yes, pets are welcome! We ask that they remain leashed and attended at all times. Please clean up after them and respect quiet hours to keep the campground peaceful for everyone.
What is your cancellation policy?
Guests enjoy access to clean restrooms and showers, a beach area, picnic tables, fire pits, a general store, and walking trails. We also offer boat rentals and on-site activities in the summer.
What are your quiet hours?
Yes, in addition to RV sites and mobile homes, we have fully furnished vacation rentals that offer a great option for families or those who prefer a few more comforts.
Are you dog friendly?
Yes, we love our four-legged campers! There is currently no pet fee, and we allow up to two dogs per site. We just ask that they stay leashed and respectful of neighbors.
Do you have a pool?
We sure do. Our seasonal pool is open daily from 10am to 7pm and is the perfect spot to cool off after a sunny lake day.
